Katey Grogan
BOARD MEMBER
Katey Grogan founded her business K&G in 2014, a government contracting consulting firm located in the City of Frederick that provides professional services to hundreds of companies throughout the United States. Prior to K&G, Katey served in various leadership roles at HurleyIR, a manufacturer of infrared cameras and a leading provider of non-destructive testing that supported utility companies in improving infrastructure reliability and reducing environmental impact through better monitoring and maintenance practices.
Katey has been actively engaged in her community and since 2017, has served as the Chair of the Sustainability Committee for the City of Frederick. During her tenure, she played a role in the development of a Climate Response and Resilience Report for the CEMWG as the Co-Chair of the education and outreach subcommittee.
In addition to her involvement with Mobilize Frederick, Katey has been a member of the Board of Hope Connections for Cancer Support since 2017. She assumed the
position of Chairwoman of the Board from 2022-2024.
With her background in business administration and entrepreneurship, Katey is dedicated to forging strong partnerships that engage the community in building a resilient Frederick County for future generations to prosper.
Katey lives in the City of Frederick with her husband, Adam.
